I understand that this is a curated outdoor social and wellness-inspired experience that may include picnic-style seating, guided activities, meditation, and group interaction.

I understand and acknowledge that participation in this experience may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:
•Uneven outdoor terrain, grass, or natural surfaces
•Weather conditions such as heat, wind, rain, or sun exposure
•Insects or environmental factors
•Minor discomfort related to outdoor seating or prolonged sitting
•General risks associated with outdoor group gatherings
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with my participation.

3. Health, Medical & Personal Responsibility
I acknowledge and agree that Twin Flame Gathering LLC is not responsible for any situation related to my health, medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies, dietary restrictions, emotional state, or mental well-being.
I understand that I am solely responsible for determining my ability to safely participate in this experience.

4. Food & Beverage Disclaimer
I acknowledge and agree that Twin Flame Gathering LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions, food sensitivities, dietary reactions, or health issues related to food or beverages provided during the experience.
I assume full responsibility for my food and beverage consumption during the event.

5. Outdoor Environment & General Liability Disclaimer
I acknowledge and agree that Twin Flame Gathering LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illness, loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event, whether on or off the event premises.
This includes, but is not limited to, participation in the experience, consumption of food or beverages, travel to or from the event, or any actions taken after leaving the event location.
I understand that any risks associated with attendance, participation, or departure from the event are my sole responsibility.

6. Release of Liability (Company & Individuals)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Twin Flame Gathering LLC, as well as its owners, members, managers, founders, organizers, employees, contractors, assistants, and affiliates (including but not limited to the individuals operating or facilitating the experience), from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages arising from or related to my participation in the experience.
This release applies to both the legal entity (Twin Flame Gathering LLC) and all individuals acting in any capacity on its behalf.

7. Guest Participation & Group Responsibility
I understand and agree that I am the primary booking party and fully responsible for all guests attending the Twin Flame Gathering Experience under my reservation.
I acknowledge that all terms, conditions, waivers, and liability releases apply equally to me and to all individuals I invite or allow to participate.
I agree to communicate all relevant information to my guests and accept full responsibility for their conduct, participation, and compliance with these terms.
Twin Flame Gathering LLC is not required to obtain individual waivers from each guest, and this agreement is binding for the entire group under this reservation.

8. Payment, Deposits & Cancellations
•A deposit is required to secure booking and is non-refundable
•Remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date
•Rescheduling is subject to availability
•Cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit
•All payments are final unless otherwise agreed in writing

I acknowledge that Twin Flame Gathering LLC provides a curated social and wellness-inspired experience and does not offer medical, psychological, therapeutic, or healthcare services.
Any guided meditation, reflection, or connection activities are for general wellness and entertainment purposes only.

By booking, paying for, or attending this experience, I confirm that:
•I have read and understood this waiver in full
•I voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions stated above
•I accept full responsibility for myself and my invited guests
•I release Twin Flame Gathering LLC and all individuals acting on its behalf from all liability as described above.
